Ibrahim Nasser
Ibrahim Nasser is the Founder and CEO of Mawahib Recruiting, bringing more than 10 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, and talent acquisition across a variety of industries, including healthcare, business and professional services, information technology, nonprofit organizations, and automotive.
Throughout his career, Ibrahim has focused on connecting organizations with the right talent while building strong, long-term relationships with both employers and candidates. His experience across multiple industries gives him a practical understanding of the different hiring challenges organizations face and the importance of finding candidates who are not only qualified, but also the right fit for the organization.
He founded Mawahib Recruiting with a simple purpose: to make recruiting more personal, responsive, and results-driven. Rather than treating hiring as a transaction, Ibrahim believes in understanding each client's needs, representing their organization professionally, and helping them build stronger teams.
